1. Your contact with Xetica Argentina
The patient contact us via email or through our toll free number 1-877-7-XETICA (938422) (USA/Cqanada) or simply ask for a free quotation using our on-line form.
Our assistants contact the patient to the phone number or email provided it and forward the information requested as well as a quotation and details of the trip.
2. We plan your Dental Travel Trip
Once a 30% payment of total value for proceedings is made – see payment options – a date for the trip is assigned as well as the reservation of the Dentist agenda, hotel accommodation and transfers. The remaining 70% payment shall be settled the day of the consultation with the doctor in Buenos Aires.
3. Welcome to Buenos Aires!
One of our English speaker patient assistant picks you up at the airport -Ministro Pistarini – Ezeiza- and takes you to your hotel.

4. First consultation with your doctor
The patient before the procedures should have all the medical tests done –prior requested by Xetica Argentina, and depends on the procedure to be done-. A Xetica Argentina assistant can go with you to make the medical tests, upon your request.
5. The procedure is performed
An assistant of Xetica Argentina will escort you to the medical institution where the procedure is to be performed.

6. Post Procedures follow up
After the procedure your dentist is going to see you (depending on the procedure) to verify everything is all right.
7. Discharge and refreshing back home
In the last consultation, the dentist will discharge you and give you the consent for going back home. One of our assistants will escort you to the airport (if this services was booked) and, of course, you can keep making all the consultations needed once you are at home. |
